Party Bus Rental in Orange County, Los Angeles & San Diego
The party starts the second you step on board.
When your group is too big for a limousine and too fun for a shuttle, a party bus is the answer. Our party bus rental service keeps 20 to 30 passengers together in one rolling celebration — premium sound, club-style LED lighting, onboard bars, and room to actually move — with a professional chauffeur handling every mile across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Unlike stock photos on other sites, the pictures on this page are our actual buses. What you see is what pulls up to your curb.
Our Party Bus Fleet: Capacities & Amenities
Every bus in our luxury fleet is detailed before every charter and driven by a commercially licensed chauffeur.
20-Passenger Party Bus

Our most-booked bus. Perimeter leather seating for up to 20, a dance pole, high-output sound system with Bluetooth and aux inputs, color-changing LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and built-in bar areas with coolers. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, and prom groups that want the full experience without overbuying capacity.
30-Passenger Party Bus

Maximum capacity for the biggest crews: up to 30 passengers with an expanded dance floor, upgraded sound, multiple screens, and extra bar space. The go-to choice for wedding parties, corporate outings, and large prom groups.
Standard Onboard Amenities
- Premium sound system with Bluetooth, aux, and microphone
- Club-style LED and fiber-optic lighting
- Flat-screen TVs and DVD/media playback
- Built-in bar areas with ice and coolers
- Privacy-tinted windows and climate control
Hourly Minimums & How Pricing Works
Party buses rent by the hour, with a 3–4 hour minimum depending on the day — weekends and peak season typically carry a 4-hour minimum. After the minimum, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at a pro-rated rate.
Pricing depends on the bus size, hours, day of the week, and season. Friday and Saturday nights in spring (prom and wedding season) command premium rates and book out weeks ahead. Weekday and daytime charters are the best value. For exact pricing on your date, get an instant quote — it takes about a minute.
Onboard Rules: The Fine Print That Keeps the Party Rolling
Simple rules, clearly stated up front, so there are no surprises:
- No smoking or vaping on board — a cleaning fee applies for smoke damage.
- Alcohol only for 21+. Passengers must show valid ID; no alcohol whatsoever for under-21 groups such as prom charters.
- Food and drinks welcome — coolers and snacks are fine. We just ask you to keep glass to a minimum for safety.
- Stay seated while moving when the chauffeur requests it, and keep the dance floor clear of the entry steps.
- Damage and excessive cleaning fees apply for spills, stains, or damage — the booking contact is responsible.
- The chauffeur has final say on safety matters, including route changes and ending the charter early for unsafe behavior (rare, but non-negotiable).
Party Bus vs. Sprinter Van: Picking the Right Group Vehicle
Not sure whether you need a full party bus or a sprinter van? Use group size and vibe as your guide:
- 10–14 passengers, seated comfort: a sprinter van wins. Captain chairs, big windows, easy conversation, and a lower hourly rate.
- 15+ passengers, or a stand-up party atmosphere: that’s party bus territory. Sprinters seat you; buses let the group mingle, dance, and celebrate en route.
- Airport and corporate transfers: sprinter vans handle luggage better and cost less per hour.
- Birthdays, bachelorettes, proms, club crawls: the bus — the ride is part of the event.
Explore both options on our fleet page, or call (949) 235-4396 and we’ll recommend the right vehicle for your headcount.

Frequently Asked Questions About Party Bus Rental
How many people fit on your party buses?
Our buses seat 20 and 30 passengers respectively. Those are legal capacities — we can’t exceed them, so book the size that fits your final headcount.
What is the hourly minimum?
Typically 3–4 hours depending on the bus and the day. Weekends and peak season usually require 4 hours; weekdays are often 3.
Can we bring our own drinks and music?
Yes — bring your own beverages (21+ for alcohol, with ID) and connect your playlist via Bluetooth or aux. The sound system is yours for the charter.
Is there a bathroom on board?
Our party buses do not have restrooms. For longer charters, we plan comfort stops into the itinerary — just ask when booking.
How far in advance should we book?
For Friday and Saturday nights, 2–4 weeks ahead is safest, especially April through June and December. Weekdays can often be booked with a few days’ notice.
Do you allow decorations?
Yes — banners, balloons, and sashes are welcome as long as they don’t damage surfaces or block the driver’s view. No confetti or glitter, please (cleaning fee applies).
