Where will my driver meet me at LAX?

On Meet & Greet pickups your chauffeur waits inside your terminal at arrivals, holding a name sign, helps with your bags and walks you to the car. If you prefer to move faster, choose curbside pickup at the arrivals level instead. Either way your chauffeur picks you up at the terminal itself — the LAX-it lot is for taxis and rideshares, and pre-booked chauffeurs do not use it.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight from the moment you book, so your pickup time adjusts automatically whether you land early or late. There is no extra charge for flight delays on airport pickups — your chauffeur will be there when you land.

How long is the ride from LAX to Laguna Beach?

Laguna Beach is approx. 55 miles from LAX. The drive typically takes 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on traffic — your chauffeur picks the fastest route on the day.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes. Add a forward-facing child seat for $25 or a booster seat for $15 when you book, and it will be installed in the car before your pickup.

How much luggage can I bring?

A Business Class Sedan comfortably fits up to 3 passengers and 3 standard suitcases. Our SUVs fit up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases. For larger groups or extra luggage, our Sprinter vans seat up to 16 passengers (Executive), 10 (Jet) or 18 (Limo) with generous luggage space.
