Limo Pricing Guide: How Limousine Pricing Works
How We Price Your Ride
Limo Laguna pricing is straightforward and transparent. There are two ways to book: point-to-point transfers priced by distance, and hourly / as-directed bookings priced by time. The price you see in your official quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
Point-to-Point Transfers: Priced by Distance
A transfer — for example, Laguna Beach to LAX — is priced from the driving distance of your route. The first 25 miles are a flat fare; miles beyond that are charged per mile in bands. Every vehicle has its own rate table.
A real example: LAX → Laguna Beach (about 54 miles) prices out at approximately $207 in a Business Class Sedan and $236.50 in a Business Class SUV as the base transfer rate. Your exact route is calculated the same way, mile by mile.
Hourly Bookings: Priced by Time
Need the car and chauffeur at your disposal — for a night out, a wedding, or a roadshow? Hourly bookings start at $90/hr for a Business Class Sedan (weekdays) and $100/hr for a Business Class SUV, with minimums that depend on the vehicle and the day (typically 2–3 hours for sedans and SUVs, 3–4 hours for Sprinter vans, 6 hours for party buses and motor coaches).
What’s Always Included in the Price
- 20% gratuity — automatically included in flat trip rates. No math at the end of the ride.
- Wi-Fi, music, and drinks on every ride.
- Flight tracking on airport pickups — we adjust for delays automatically.
- Tolls billed at cost — we pass through round-trip tolls with zero markup.
- Child car seats — free. Traveling with kids? We provide the right seat at no charge. See our child car seat service.
What Can Change the Final Total
A few things are priced separately and always disclosed up front: Meet & Greet airport service (driver meets you inside the terminal with a name sign), waiting time beyond the grace period, extra stops, and excess cleaning. You’ll always know before you book.
