Plan ahead — luxury SUV at modern office building at dusk | Limo Laguna

How Far in Advance Should You Book a Limo?

The Short Answer: As Early as You Can

There’s no penalty for booking early — and it guarantees the vehicle you want. That said, same-day and next-day bookings are often possible depending on availability. When in doubt, call us: (949) 235-4396, 24/7.

Airport Transfers

For a standard airport pickup, booking a day or two ahead is plenty in most cases. Flying in for a holiday weekend or a major event? Book earlier — demand spikes and the best vehicles go first.

Weddings & Special Events

For weddings, proms, and big nights out — especially on Friday and Saturday evenings — we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. Sprinters, Escalades, and party buses are the first to sell out on weekends.

Corporate & Recurring Travel

If your company travels regularly, consider a corporate account: one point of contact, priority dispatch, and one monthly invoice. Standing weekly orders are welcome.

What We Need to Book You

To lock in your price and vehicle, have this ready: your name, mobile number, email, date, pickup time, pickup address, drop-off address, and number of passengers. A reservation is confirmed with a valid payment method (card pre-authorization) — that’s what guarantees your car.

Changes & Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are refundable per our policy; inside 24 hours the full trip cost applies. Change requests within 24 hours may carry extra charges and can’t always be accommodated, so the earlier you tell us, the better.

Ready when you are: (949) 235-4396.
