The Trip: Los Angeles to Indio

• Distance & time: about 130 miles from downtown LA — roughly 2 to 2.5 hours via the I-10 E (San Bernardino Freeway), traffic-dependent.
• Friday tip: leave by early afternoon. The desert-bound rush builds from 2 PM; a 1 PM pickup from the Westside usually beats the worst of it.
• Pickup anywhere: home, hotel, office, or LAX if you’re flying in first — one booking covers it.

Why Book From Los Angeles

• The 10 is the worst part of the weekend. Let a chauffeur who drives it weekly handle the trucks, the wind near Palm Springs, and the merge chaos.

When should we leave on Friday?

Early afternoon. Aim to be past San Bernardino by 4 PM and you’ll cruise into the valley ahead of the evening wave.

Can we do a day trip from LA?

Yes — it’s a long day, but very doable with a chauffeur. Many clients do Saturday-only: out by noon, home by 2 AM, asleep the whole way back.

What about the return on Sunday or Monday?

Book it round-trip. After the final sets, your car is already arranged — no surge, no waiting.
